State women's bowling tourney under way
Three lakes area women are in the top 10 after the first weekend of the Minnesota U.S. Bowling Congress women's state tournament at Jack's House and Paul Bunyan Bowl.
Vicki Holmes of Brainerd is fourth in Division II singles with handicap. Kathy Bentler of Baxter is sixth in Division I singles with handicap.
Holmes and Lucille Denger are 10th in Division II doubles with handicap.
