LOCAL BRIEFS
New site for Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District office
The Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District will move to a new location next month. Officials said the move to the Crow Wing County Land Services Building at 322 Laurel St., Suite 13, in Brainerd is designed to improve efficiency.

The new office will be located in the Land Services Building across from the Planning and Zoning Division. The new office location will provide the opportunity for residents to receive additional services at one convenient location. This location will provide the district an opportunity to partner with the Lands Services Department and University of Minnesota Extension to protect the county's natural resources in a fiscally responsible way. On Monday, the move will be complete and citizens should go to the new location for SWCD assistance.

More information may be obtained by visiting the Web site at www.co.crow-wing.mn.us/swcd/. The Crow Wing SWCD phone number, Web site and employee e-mail addresses will stay the same.
