Blaine seeking bonding funds for Pine Grove zoo
Rep. Greg Blaine, R-Little Falls, again will sponsor legislation to appropriate funds for improvements to the Pine Grove Park Zoo in Little Falls.
Pine Grove Park Zoo improvements that could be included in the bonding bill include changes in the black bear exhibit, hard surface trails and handicapped accessible look-out areas. Blaine said the zoo, built in 1913, is visited by more than 100,000 families each year.
