Host families sought for exchange students
Youth For Understanding USA is seeking families to host foreign exchange high school students for the 2005-2006 academic year.
Opportunities exist for a family to host a 15- to 18-year-old student from one of 50 countries worldwide. Most students arrive in August and will depart in June 2006. Exchange students have English language proficiency and have received good grades from their schools in their natural country.
Exchange students are members of the family and share responsibility of typical American teenagers. The student will bring his or her own spending money and will be covered by comprehensive health insurance arranged by the exchange organization.
