Want to evict a tenant but don't know how? Wonder about your rights as a renter? Have questions about how to address suspected criminal activity in your neighborhood?

Address your questions to Brainerd Police Crime Prevention Specialist Elizabeth Harris. She will participate in the Dispatch's online feature, "Q & A with ...", from 2-3 p.m. Tuesday.

Harris has been with the department since 2003 and previously served 14 years as a crime prevention specialist with the Minneapolis Police Department. Her duties in Brainerd include solving problem property issues and referrals from police officers, neighbors and residents; organizing rental property owner seminars and monthly meetings and providing information regarding their property; teaching personal safety, home security and crime prevention through design and promoting the McGruff House program; addressing nuisance complaints; and coordinating the police department's community service officers.

Harris will answer questions in the BrainerdDispatch.com forums in a live session with a Dispatch moderator, who will ask her submitted questions by posting them in the forum.
