CLC splits pair
COLLEGE BASEBALL
ST. CLOUD - Chris Munsch picked up a victory and Anthony Zubriski absorbed a tough-luck loss in a split of a doubleheader between Central Lakes College and St. Cloud Technical on Friday at Putz Field.

Munsch scattered nine hits and gave up four runs to get the victory in a 5-4 win over St. Cloud.

Zubriski gave up only two runs on four hits but CLC managed one run in a 2-1 loss in the first game.

Zach Heidmann and Munsch each had doubles for the Raiders in the first game.

In the second game, the fourth inning was the big one as CLC received doubles from Jorges and Heidmann to open the inning. The Raiders scored on singles by Adam Snyder and Zubriski.





Chris Munsch picked up the win.



Heidmann pitched the seventh inning and got the save. St. Cloud loaded the bases with no outs but the Raiders turned a 5-3 double play to end the game.
