Foster wins three events, Noska sets record
AREA TRACK AND FIELD
PEQUOT LAKES - Clayton Foster changed shoes and went from distance events to sprints and swept the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes and Kirsten Noska set the Pequot Lakes school record with a 60.79 in the 400 as Patriots boys' and girls' track and field teams won the TDS meet Tuesday.

Thomas Parker won the shot put and high jump and Max Nelson captured the long and triple jumps for Pequot.

Aitkin's Sarah Novak won the 100 and 200 dashes to lead the Aitkin girls' team to second.

The Pine River-Backus girls' team placed third and was led by Naomi Anderson's victories in the shot put and long jump.
