Controlled burn
Paul Roth, Crow Wing State Park manager, watched a controlled 44-acre burn Monday near the east edge of the park on newly acquired farm land. The tall grass was burned off the farm land to regenerate native prairie grasses. Brainerd Dispatch/Steve Kohls
