Special Olympians compete in track and field meet
PILLAGER - Athletes from Brainerd Public Schools competed Wednesday in the Area 5 Special Olympics track and field meet at Pillager.

Aitkin's Justin Pierce received a hug from Kristen Bessette after winning his 100-meter run heat race Wednesday in the Area 5 Special Olympics track and field meet at Pillager. Bessette also won her 100-meter run heat.
