The Region 8C Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 p.m. June 11 at Patrick's Bar in Pierz to accept bids for the region tournament.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by a team representative.
The 8C Board will vote on submitted bids. The region tournament will be July 26-27, Aug. 2-3 and Aug. 9. Makeup date is Aug. 10.
League vice presidents will be contacted for this meeting.

Girls have honor roll efforts in section prelims
Three Brainerd Warrior girls had honor roll performances (top 15 in school history) in the Section 8-2A track and field prelims Wednesday.
They included Katherine Mueller, 400-meter dash, 60.71; Anna Gessell, 800 run, 2:27.52; and Allison Reuer, long jump, 16-4 1/4.
