A Page 6A story in Wednesday's Dispatch about a Brainerd School Board retreat should have said there was discussion about not seeking an operating levy referendum until possibly 2011, but this was not an administrative recommendation. Board member Bob Nystrom said he believed the earliest date to seek another referendum would be 2011. Steve Dickinson, director of business services, told the board he would suggest making more budget cuts instead of a referendum in 2009.
The Dispatch regrets the error.
