Brainerd volunteer honored with Girl Scout appreciation pin
The Girl Scouts Land of Lakes Council announced volunteer Annette Weber received Girl Scouts of the USA appreciation pin.
The appreciation pin is given to an individual who is an active registered adult with Girl Scouts of the USA, has provided service that is outstanding and above and beyond the expectations for the position held, performs service that is delivered to at least one service unit within the Council's jurisdiction, and whose service contributes to the Council's goals.
Weber has been involved in Girl Scouting for two years as a girl and six years as an adult volunteer. She serves as co-community coordinator, council delegate, assistant troop leader, Under My Wing Mentor and a Women of Excellence committee member.
