CROSSLAKE - The Crosslake Area Library will host a one-year anniversary celebration at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Crosslake Community Center.
Cake and coffee will be served. Tours of the facility are planned in addition to a short program. There will be no city business conducted as part of the program, however, a quorum of the Crosslake City Council may be in attendance.
Brainerd council to meet Monday
A special meeting of the Brainerd City Council will be noon Monday at Brainerd City Hall to consider renewal of the wine, on-sale beer and Sunday liquor licenses for Chopper's Bar and Grill, which if approved would be affective July 1.
