They think women's shoes are for sitting
Brainerd Police officer Troy Schreifels (left), Brainerd Mayor James Wallin, Brainerd Citizen of the Year Chip Borkenhagen and Baxter Mayor Darrel Olson showed off their women's shoes at the Gregory Park Fountain Wednesday. The foursome was promoting the second annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes scheduled for Aug. 22. Walkers generate donations to help stop rape, sexual assault and gender violence.
