Sicily Quinn Wroolie, who turned 1 on June 15, on July 3 surprised her great-grandparents, Helen and Myron Landecker in Breezy Point with a visit and first steps. Her father, Sam, is serving in Iraq, her mother, Niki, lives in Brainerd, and her grandparents are Bill and Mary Beth Wroolie of Brainerd.
