POLICE BLOTTER Baxter Police
PROPERTY DAMAGE - A property damage accident with no injuries was reported at 6:04 p.m. Thursday at the Highway 210/371 intersection after one vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle.
Between 10:52 a.m. and 12:47 p.m. Friday, Baxter Police were called to seven property damage accidents, mostly along the Highway 371 corridor. No injuries were reported in any of the accidents. They included the following crashes:
A two-vehicle crash occurred at 10:52 a.m. Friday at the Highway 371/Woida Road intersection.
Another accident occurred at the same intersection at 11:29 a.m.
A vehicle was struck by another vehicle that was backing out of a parking space at Wal-Mart at 11:47 a.m. Friday.
An accident involving two vehicles was reported at 12:14 p.m. Friday in front of Best Buy.
Three separate crashes were reported at 12:35 p.m., 12:42 p.m. and 12:47 p.m. Friday near Bodyworks.
Brainerd Police
THEFT - Timothy Woods reported Thursday the theft of a bicycle at the Dairy Queen on Washington Street on Wednesday night.
Carl Hudson reported Thursday the theft of a bike on the 600 block of Laurel St. on July 7.
Rebecca Broadhead, 1100 block of Pine St., reported Thursday the theft of her son's bike from her residence.
FOUND - A report was received of a found bicycle on a bike trail near the 1800 block of S. Eighth St. that had been there for days.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - An 18-year-old driver suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 12:52 p.m. Thursday at NW Third and Washington streets. The driver, Kelsey Hintz, 18, Brainerd, was transported to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. The other driver, Mary Lynn Espersen, 54, Merrifield, was not reported injured.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - A two-vehicle accident without injuries was reported at 1:43 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of W. Washington St. at Chippewa St.
Crow Wing Sheriff
PROPERTY DAMAGE - An accident without injuries was reported 9:12 p.m. Thursday on Highway 18 in Nokay Lake Township.
THEFT - Jason Ladouceur, 18400 block of Hartley Lake Road, reported Thursday that a car and garage were broken into and stereo and speakers were stolen.
Garrison Inn and Suites reported a theft Thursday.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT - A report at 11:07 a.m. Thursday of a horse loose on County Road 31 in Crosby.
A dog bite was reported at 10:59 a.m. Thursday on Old Whiskey Road in Ideal Township.
