Brainerd Chapter of IAAP welcomes new members
The Brainerd Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals welcomed several new members to the chapter at a meeting in June at Madden's Resort.
New members include Angie Mass, Rebecca Mies, Susan Schutt, Kathryn Stotka, Shirley Tomberlin and Tanya Wiskow.
Mass served as administrator at Cascade Medspa and Laser Centre, Dermatology Professionals, P.A. and Kurtis Waters M.D., P.A. since October 2007. Mass was previously employed at Bioscrip Pharmacy Inc. in Eden Prairie for five years as the mail order accounts receivable manager. Mass has 11 years of accounts receivable experience. She earned a bachelor's degree in management from the College of St. Scholastica.
Mies has been employed with Cragun's Resort for 11 years as a sales manager/coordinator. She attended St. Cloud State University, worked in food service and was employed as a nanny for a family in Pequot Lakes.
Schutt has served as administrative assistant for Kueper's Architects and Builders for the past year. Schutt's previous experience includes 15 years in banking, finance and management.
Stotka served as sales director at Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge in Deerwood for eight seasons. Previously, she was director of sales for Woodland Container and director of sales for Nortech Systems Inc. She owns and operates The Ledger-Up North Accounting business.
Tomberlin served as a chiropractic assistant at the Family Chiropractic Clinic in Baxter for seven years. She is a designer for Home and Garden Party. She previously worked at Cragun's Resort in the reservations office and in the Trust Department at Zapp Bank in St. Cloud. She is a graduate of the St. Cloud Business College with a degree in accounting. She has 15 years experience in banking, financial investing, accounting, sales and marketing, customer service and clerical work.
Wiskow, Breezy Point, has served at Landecker & Associates Inc. as executive/surveying assistant for the past three years. In her nine years with the firm, Wiskow has served as client service specialist and administrative assistant. Before joining Landecker & Associates Inc., she worked seasonally for several years as an assistant to the Cass County recorder. She earned her bachelor's degree with honors from the College of St. Scholastica with majors in English and secondary education and with minors in psychology and religious studies. She has a teaching license for grades 7-12.
