Second person is charged in April killing of Little Falls man
MILACA (AP) - A Clearwater woman accused of helping Jeremy Jason Hull dispose of the body of a 21-year-old Little Falls man was being held on $750,000 bail after making her first court appearance in Mille Lacs County.

Casey Jo Oldenburg, 25, of Clearwater, was charged Wednesday with one count of aiding an offender as an accomplice after the fact - obstructing an investigation.

She is accused of helping Hull, 24, of St. Cloud, who was charged in May with three counts of second-degree murder in the death of Lewis Wilczek. Police found Wilczek's body, burned and bound with an extension cord, on May 5 in a shallow grave in a gravel pit near property where Hull used to live near Foreston.

Hull is accused of killing Wilczek and using his identity to withdraw more than $50,000 from Wilczek's bank account.

According to court records, Oldenburg admitted helping Hull dig the hole where Wilczek's body later was found.

The complaint said Oldenburg drove Hull to a Target store in St. Cloud where he bought the shovels used to dig the grave. Testing found one of the shovels had Wilczek's DNA on it, the complaint says.

It also says Oldenburg followed Hull in her car from St. Cloud to the grave site.

Oldenburg told police she saw Hull remove Wilczek's body from the pickup, helped Hull dig a grave and gathered wood in the area for the fire, the complaint said.

If convicted, Oldenburg could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison.
