POLICE BLOTTER Baxter police
THEFT - A gas drive-off of $35.08 was reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday at Holiday Station Store, 15052 Dellwood Drive, after a motorist paid for other items but was not charged for gas. An officer located the suspect, who said he would return to the station and pay.
Brainerd police
ARREST - Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 9:49 p.m. Tuesday on the 10000 block of Beaver Dam Road. A 33-year-old man was arrested for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and fifth-degree assault.
THEFT - Jolene Denio, 2000 block of Kermit Lane, Monday reported the theft of a bike. The bike was later returned.
CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:50 p.m. Monday at South Fifth and Quince streets.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Brandi Erlacher, 600 block of Circle Pines Drive, Monday reported youths dented her car with a pellet gun.
Gary Miller, 1000 block of Q Street, Monday reported kids were building a fort and cutting down trees on his property. Police advised Miller to post the area as private property and to call if the kids returned. Officers will do extra patrol in the area.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - At 12:23 p.m. Monday, police received a report of a woman throwing small rocks at an upstairs window at a residence on the 500 block of Norwood Street. An officer located the woman, who said she was trying to get a friend's attention who was sleeping.

THEFT - Arliss Bement, 10000 block of Ash Avenue, Monday reported receiving a forged check on a closed account.
Amy Young on Monday reported the theft of her purse from St. Mathias Bar, 4600 Crow Wing County Road 121.
