Baxter police
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 8:33 a.m. Monday on the 8000 block of Highland Scenic Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 1:17 p.m. Saturday on the 15000 block of Edgewood Drive.

ARREST - Arrested a 50-year-old man on a probation violation after it was reported at 1:59 a.m. Sunday that he was drunk and knocking on doors at the Super 8 Motel, 14341 Edgewood Drive.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Keith Anderson on Saturday reported a window was broken out of his wife's vehicle while it was parked on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Received a report at 11:56 p.m. Sunday of a vehicle shining its lights into yards on the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast. An officer located the driver, who was looking for a lost dog.

Received a report of a woman rummaging through a Dumpster at 9:52 a.m. Saturday behind an apartment building on the 600 block of Front Street. An officer located the woman, who said she was looking for cans and jewelry.

Julie Strand on Friday reported finding a white powder in the hallway at an apartment building on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street. It was determined the white power was from dry wall, which maintenance had installed the day before.

ARREST - Arrested a 19-year-old man who was wanted for terroristic threats in Todd County at 7 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Mary Knutson on Saturday reported a bike at the apartment complex on the 1000 block of Campus Drive West was damaged in a theft attempt.

Andrea Olson on Saturday reported her vehicle was damaged while parked at South Seventh and Front streets.

Deborah Eberts on Friday reported her vehicle was damaged while it was parked at the YMCA, 602 Oak St.

Tausha Towler, 1000 block of Laurel, Friday reported her vehicle damaged.

THEFTS - Brian Heuer, 300 block of North Ninth Street, Saturday reported his bike stolen.

Vonda Hall, 1000 block of South Eighth Street, Friday reported a license plate stolen from her vehicle.

Gary Horton, 200 block of North Seventh Street, Saturday reported his bike stolen.

Raoni Maringo, 1000 block of Campus Drive West, Friday reported his bike stolen.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 9:08 p.m. Friday at North Eighth and Washington streets.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:47 p.m. Sunday on the 9000 block of Wise Road.

THEFTS - Robert Depaoli, 7000 block of Crow Wing County Road 18, Friday reported the theft of a trailer.

Amy Brinkley, 7000 block of Garden View Road, Friday reported the theft of a wedding ring.

Jeffrey Wilkins, 16000 block of Woodrow Road, Friday reported the theft of a scooter. The scooter wasn't stolen. Wilkins' daughter used it without letting her father know.
