'Biking Bob' on his last ride for scholarships

Robert Erickson, known as "Biking Bob," pedaled to the Staples and Brainerd campuses of Central Lakes College Tuesday on his sixth and final fundraiser for working, part-time student scholarships.

Erickson is a trustee emeritus with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board.

To date, Erickson's rides have provided scholarships to 225 students, including a half dozen at CLC.
