Correction
A quote in a story on Page 3A in Wednesday's Dispatch attributed to Brainerd City Finance Director Theresa Goble incorrectly stated, "... the tax rate calculation is not the simple math of dividing tax levy by tax capacity to get the rate." The quote should have stated, "... the tax rate calculation is not the simple math of dividing tax capacity by tax levy to get the rate."
The Dispatch regrets the error.
