Fifth 600 bowling series of her career was rolled at La Guyal Lanes Tuesday by Hazel Amic, who fashioned games of 183 - 209 - 216 for a 608 total in the Gutterdusters League.

Together for the first time in approximately five years, the four ex-servicemen sons of Mr. and Mrs. R. T. Campbell were entertained at a family homecoming dinner Friday, Sept. 27. Honored guests were Parker, who served in England and France; Ross in Germany: Gordon of the South Pacific; and Robert in the European theater of operations.

The paving work on Laurel Street in Brainerd was hindered this morning due to a frozen water pipe. Paving will continue on Monday starting at the Mississippi River bridge and working east.
