PROPERTY DAMAGE - Winifred Davis, 20000 block of Tullibee Drive, Tuesday reported her mailbox damaged.

ANIMAL COMPLAINTS - Received a report at 2:13 a.m. Wednesday of a skunk with a jar stuck on its head on the 5000 block of Foley Road. Officers broke the jar off the skunks head.

A woman on the 10000 block of Franklin Drive on Tuesday reported that birds were wrecking the siding of her house.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 8:08 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday at Oak and South Sixth streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Washington Street.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday at Fourth Avenue Northeast and D Street.

No injuries were reported after a motorist suffered a seizure and crashed into two parked cars at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday in a parking lot on the 2000 block of South Sixth Street.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Received a report at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday of a man driving a vehicle at Washington and Northwest Fourth streets exposing himself. Officers were unable to locate the man.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT - The Brainerd Post Office at 2:43 p.m. Tuesday reported that Bosco, a large black and tan dog at a residence on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast, had chased a mailman. Bosco's owner said her dog had broken his chain while going after a cat and she was unaware that the dog had chased a mailman. Bosco's owner was warned about the animal at large ordinance.

PUBLIC ASSIST - Assisted the Brainerd Fire Department in helping a man get out of a stuck elevator at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday at North Star Apartments, 410 East River Road.

THEFT - A computer was reported stolen Tuesday from Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood St.
