HILLMAN - Edward L. Girtz, 90-year-old resident of Hillman, Minn., passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at Pierz Villa in Pierz, Minn. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4 at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church in Lastrup, Minn. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3 at Shelley-Virnig Funeral Chapel in Pierz, Minn., and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in our chapel.
