PROPERTY DAMAGE - Paul Hanson, Spruce Grove Road, Sunday reported damage to his gate.
A woman on the 30000 block of White Pine Street in Emily on Friday reported her soon-to-be ex-husband broke into the house, damaged the house and stole some of her belongings.
INVESTIGATION - A woman on the 20000 block of Cole Avenue at 10 p.m. Saturday reported she'd received a call from her ex-husband who said their 15-year-old had drowned. North Ambulance was paged, but it was determined to be a false report and everyone was fine.
INFORMATION - A woman on the 20000 block of Hematite Street in Crosby on Saturday reported finding liquor bottles in her daughter's room and has information that other people are on their way to the house with liquor.
Received an anonymous fax from Iowa reporting a predatory offender in the area that has not registered and will be in the bars in Brainerd or Crosby areas. A deputy spoke to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the party is in compliance and currently in the Glencoe area. The information was unfounded.
THEFT - Dean Berens, 10000 block of Mertens Drive, Tuesday reported the theft of an XBox game counsel.
Claudia Brown, 8000 block of Hiawatha Avenue, Monday reported the theft of her mailbox.
A gas drive-off was reported Friday from Lake Country Foods and Gas, 40327 Highway 6 in Emily.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT - Denice Young, 7000 block of Racine Road, Friday reported a Boxer-type dog killed two of her chickens.
ARREST - Arrested a 22-year-old man for DWI after it was reported at 11:01 p.m. Monday he was passed out in his vehicle at Pine Beach Road and Highway 371.
BURGLARY - Bernard Iserman, 5000 block of Wild Rice Road, on Monday reported someone broke into his rental trailer.

THEFT - Received a call at 8:22 p.m. Saturday to Holiday Station Store, 7472 Excelsior Road, for a subject unable to pay for gas. When an officer arrived, it was learned another party had paid for the gas, but the subject who was unable to pay was having an anxiety attack and North Ambulance was called.
Jessica Kosec on Saturday report her driver's license stolen on the 6000 block of Lake Forest Road.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 5:10 p.m. Saturday at Highways 210 and 371.

PUBLIC ASSIST - A woman called police at 4:03 p.m. Monday to request an officer meet her at her apartment so she could break up with her boyfriend and give him five bags of clothes. The boyfriend was not at the apartment. The woman was advised to lock the door and call police if there was a problem.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Michael Hoffman, 1000 block of O Street, Sunday reported someone put a white substance in his mailbox. An officer checked the mailbox and the substance appeared to be hardened sugar.
Stopped and identified an intoxicated man at 1:43 a.m. Sunday yelling at South Eighth and Front streets. The man was scratched by an unknown female when he tried to invite himself with her group.
Received a report at 6:42 p.m. Friday of a man standing in Oak Street screaming at nobody. An officer located the intoxicated man, who was told to leave John's Tavern, 1107 Oak St., and was afraid to go back and get his bike. The officer transported the man back to his bike and stayed in the area until the man left.
BURGLARIES - It was reported Saturday that First Congregational Church, 411 Juniper St., had been broken into.
It was reported Saturday that Brainerd Country Power Equipment, 13380 Highway 25, was broken into.
THEFT - Received a report at 12:18 a.m. Saturday that a dinner basket had been stolen from Last Turn Saloon, 218 S. Eighth St.
Devon Thoe, 200 block of South Eighth Street, Friday reported his vehicle stolen. The vehicle was recovered Saturday at Crow Wing County Roads 2 and 113.
Joan Cowell, 200 block of North Eighth Street, Friday reported her husband's bike was stolen.
ARRESTS - Arrested a 24-year-old man at 10:58 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal damage to property after it was reported he was intoxicated and been in a fight on the 1000 block of Quince Street then damaged a railing at a residence on the 1000 block of Pine Street.
Arrested a 29-year-old man for felony forgery of a prescription at 2:53 p.m. Friday at Walgreens, 340 W. Washington St.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a deer at 10:08 p.m. Friday at Thiesse Road and Oakridge Road.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:38 p.m. Friday at South Eighth and Oak streets.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 11:57 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.
