Central Lakes College's Rosenmeier Center elects new officers, members
New board members and officers were recently elected to the Rosenmeier Center for State and Local Government at Central Lakes College.
Elected to three-year terms at the November board meeting were area businessman and Central Lakes College history instructor Robert Brekken, Baxter; former Minnesota District 12A House Reps. Kris Hasskamp of Crosby and Dale Walz of Brainerd; and CLC Student Senate President and Phi Theta Kappa honor society co-president Garrett Wedan. Chris Kellet-Sawdey, Nisswa, was re-elected to another three-year term.
Officers for 2009 include the re-election of President Brian Lehman, Nisswa, and Secretary David Allan Pundt, Baxter. Elected as vice president is Don Samuelson, Brainerd. He will become the board president in 2010.
The terms of Roy Miller, Brainerd, John C. Luce and Ed Larsen, Pequot Lakes, will expire in December.
