POLICE BLOTTER
Baxter police
ARRESTS - Received a report at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday of a theft from a vehicle in progress on the 10000 block of Baxter Drive. The suspect vehicle was stopped at Highway 371 and Glory Road, and a 34-year-old man was arrested for felony theft, fourth-degree criminal damage to property and violating the conditions of release. A 30-year-old woman was arrested for felony theft and misdemeanor damage to property. Their vehicle was impounded for forfeiture. The Brainerd Police Department and Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department assisted with the arrests.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Mills GM, 14138 Dellwood Drive, Tuesday reported damage to a rental car.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle collision at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Scenic Road and Red Pine Circle.

No injuries were reported in a crash at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday on the 10000 block of Forestview Drive.

Brainerd police

ARREST - Assisted the Minnesota Department of Corrections at 10:57 p.m. Tuesday in arresting a 22-year-old man for violating the conditions of his release on the 600 block of Laurel Street.

INTOXICATED PERSON - Officers were dispatched at 5:42 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a man passed out behind the Alcoholics Anonymous building on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. The 49-year-old man was transported to detox.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported after a semi-truck struck a light pole at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday at South Sixth and Norwood streets.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday at Crow Wing County Road 48 and College Road.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 7:03 a.m. Wednesday at Jefferson and Central streets in Garrison.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Received a report of a suspicious vehicle in a neighbor's yard at 4:14 a.m. Wednesday on the 10000 block of Silver Lake Road. It was just the paper delivery guy, who had a flat tire.

BURGLARY - It was reported Tuesday a residence on the 20000 block of Turner Trail had been broken into.

ARREST - Arrested a 34-year-old man after Best Buy at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday reported finding marijuana in a vehicle in which they were installing equipment.
