One year ago Crow Wing was shoveling its way out of a heavy snowstorm. Today Crow Wing County was enjoying ideal fall weather. Thoughts of snow were far distant from the minds of the people.
100 years ago (1908)
Brainerd High football team clinched its claims to the championship of North Central Minnesota when they defeated St. Cloud 28 to 5. St. Cloud was the only team which so far has even approached being a match for Brainerd.
