9.3 Accept resignation of Bill Santi, varsity tennis co-coach effective the end of the 2009-2010 season with thanks and appreciation for service

9.4. Accept resignation of Phil Silgen, junior high boys basketball coach, effective before the 2009-2010 season starts with thanks and appreciation for service and authorize filling the position.

10. Action items

10.1. Adopt the following 2009-2010 seniority lists

-Education Minnesota-Crosby-Ironton

-American Federation of state, county and municipal employees

10.2. Approve participation in the schools for Energy Efficiency (SEE) program.

11. Public comments.
