Correction
A Page 1A story in Tuesday's Dispatch should have stated that Nathan Joel Roth, charged in Wadena County with three counts of felony criminal vehicular homicide in connection with the Saturday death of Michael Paul Kern, was convicted in August 2005 in Todd County for misdemeanor DUI and was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation, fined $400, ordered to undergo alcohol assessments and have no same or similar violations for two years.
The Dispatch regrets the error.
