A feasibility study approved by the Brainerd City Council on proposed construction of a building for the Brainerd Water and Light Department will also consider a new city hall.

A Brainerd School Board Committee recommended that the district pay $10,000 a year for use of the Brainerd Area Civic Center Arena. The $10,000 will be paid a flat fee, not on an hourly basis.
