Sheriff Todd Dahl issued a news release Thursday morning asking for the public's help in locating the vehicle and its driver. The release included a detailed description of the truck believed involved. At about 4 p.m. Thursday, Skylor Swenson, 23, Breezy Point, was arrested without incident in connection with the crash.
