Brainerd police:  INFORMATION—Report at 5:13 p.m. Sunday of children walking on the ice on the Mississippi River. Officer located four children walking on a walkway near the location. The children admitted they had been on the ice and the officer advised them of how dangerous the ice is right now and to stay off of it.

Brainerd police:  ARRESTS—A 20-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were arrested at 12:24 p.m Monday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct-brawling following an assault on the 1100 block of 15th Avenue Northeast. Little Falls police:  ANIMAL—Received a complaint Sunday from the 17000 block of Gayle Drive about a dog continuously barking for days. The owner stated the dog barks at squirrels. Morrison sheriff:  HARASSMENT—Report Monday of a caller receiving a threatening text message from a number he did not recognize. The caller, who was the manager of Taco Bell, said he received a message stating, "You really (expletive) up now!"
