Little Falls police:  POKEMON—Report at 8:47 p.m., July 19, of a complainant who was at Mill Park playing Pokémon with his friends, when he got into an argument with another Pokémon player about the original number of Pokémon characters. The other player allegedly attempted to slap the phone out of the complainant's hand, at which point the complainant allegedly threw his pop bottle at the other player. Crow Wing sheriff:  ARRESTS—A 57-year-old man was arrested at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday for terroristic threats following a report of a suspect who threatened to burn down the complainant's house, cut their brake lines, sink their pontoon boat and to kill the complainant on the 24000 block of Anna Road, Garrison. Morrison sheriff:  CITIZEN CONES — A caller reported at 2:20 p.m. Saturday that campers at a property near her residence placed orange cones in the middle of the road on the 27000 block of Cedar Road in Cushing. A deputy spoke with one of the campers, who stated he placed the cones there to slow traffic down. The man was advised it was unlawful to place objects in the road. BrainerdDispatch.com Illustration
