According to Brainerd Police Chief Corky McQuiston, Enoch Harrison Stapleton III, 38, was arrested shortly before 6 p.m. by Onamia Police on Sunday. Stapleton was transported to the Crow Wing County Jail, where he is awaiting formal charges.
