A 20-by-20-foot mural took shape Saturday, Aug. 25, on the side of The Crossing Arts Alliance building at 711 Laurel St. in downtown Brainerd. With brushes in hand, community members painted a rainbow of colors on the mural titled “You Betcha.” The supplies are funded by the deTOUR Downtown social crowdfunding campaign, an initiative focused on bringing people downtown during the South Sixth Street reconstruction project this summer.
