Last week, the Baxter City Council approved plans for a Casey's General Store and fuel station at the former Imgrund property (highlighted area) off Baxter Drive. The council approved a consolidation of two lots into one for the site and a conditional use permit for cross access along with a setback variance. The council also approved the recommendation to modify the access on Baxter Drive so it lines up with the Mills Honda access across the street. BrainerdDispatch.com / Google maps
