Men’s health is not just physical health, but mental health also. For me, running can supply me with multiple ways to mentally cope. There are times when I go for a short run to get rid of stress.
The nutrients found in fruits and veggies may reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, respiratory disease, and diabetes. It is recommended to eat at least 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit per day.
May is also the time when we devote extra focus to acknowledging mental health. Benefits of social connectedness include reduced feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression, and living a longer life.

Crow Wing Energized launched the One Vegetable, One Community initiative to encourage healthy eating. The latest Crow Wing County Community Health Survey found 2 out of 3 adults in the county are not eating the recommended five or more fruits and vegetables a day.
People could vote for Crow Wing Energized's "Vegetable of the Year." The public health organization will make efforts to promote the produce and healthy eating in general.
When we think about improving our health and the health of our community, there are several areas that we could all benefit from in making healthier choices.
