DeLynn and Chelsey are back for another appearance at the Everything Expo.

The annual trade show will be March 24-25 at the Essentia Health Sports Center, 502 Jackson St., Brainerd. It features more than 150 local business exhibitors including the Brainerd Dispatch, one of the platinum sponsors of the event.

The Mitts are cookin' up some special surprises for the expo, including a giveaway and a live broadcast.

In Sunday's Dispatch, you'll find an entry form for The Mitts Mystery Kitchen Giveaway, including several fun cooking-themed items inside a Rachael Ray stoneware 2.75-quart "casserround" baking dish. Entry forms will be available in subsequent issues of the Dispatch and at the Dispatch booth at the Everything Expo.

There's no cost to enter the giveaway, although the form will include a place to ask your cooking questions of all kinds. Do you want to know our favorite techniques or ingredients to work with? What would we suggest you do with those leftover mashed potatoes? Ask The Mitts!

We'll answer a selected number of questions during our live event, beginning at 2:30 p.m. March 24. At 3 p.m., we'll draw from all entries to select a winner of The Mitts Mystery Kitchen Giveaway. Stay tuned for more information on our live broadcast-we'll include details on how to watch us live on the entry forms.

You don't need to be present to win, but we'd sure love to meet you! Find us at the Everything Expo between 1-3 p.m. We'll also have a limited number of recipe card booklets to give away to Everything Expo attendees, including some of our favorite recipes since we began writing the column in November 2014.

The entry fee for the Everything Expo is $3 per adult or free for those 17 and younger. Along with learning more about area businesses, all visitors get the chance to have their Lakes Proud card punched by the exhibitors and entered for prizes.
