Thanks to everyone who submitted questions and entry forms for the Puttin' on The Mitts Rachael Ray "casseround" dish package giveaway at the Everything Expo last Friday and Saturday at the Essentia Health Sports Center.
Congratulations goes out to Holly Knutson of Pine River, who was our winner. In addition to the Rachael Ray dish, Knutson received soup mixes, a red slotted spoon, red oven mitts, a red dish towel and a booklet of "the best of" recipes from The Mitts.
It was great hearing from all of you and we look forward to answering your cooking questions in the Mitts' columns for the next several weeks. We're also going to try out some of the recipes our readers asked about. Stay tuned for those as well.
