Area Cross-Country: C-I’s Miller wins in Pine River

PINE RIVER — Emily Miller of Crosby-Ironton placed first in 21:37 to win the Pine River-Backus triangular Monday, Sept. 28.

Miller was followed by fellow teammate Anna Westin in second. Mara Adams was PRB’s top finisher in third with a time of 22:52.

For the boys, Nathan Nations finished sixth to be the top Tigers runner in 19:05 and Max Erickson was the top runner for the Rangers in 22:46.
