Welle completes training
Northern Psychiatric Associates announced Paige Welle, successfully completed the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia training.
The training is proven to be the most effective first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia, Northern Psychiatric Associates reported.
Worden joins Randall State Bank

Randall State Bank announced Mike Worden joined the bank as its chief operating officer.
Worden joins the bank having recently completed 27 years of service with the Minnesota National Guard where he held multiple full-time positions in both operations and budget management. He most recently served as the senior enlisted adviser at Camp Ripley Training Center.
Worden completed his masters in business administration at St Cloud State University in 2015 and also has two bachelor's degrees from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in finance and economics. Locally owned and operated, Randall State Bank has been serving the people of central Minnesota for over 100 years.
Keeping the family farm workshop set in Little Falls
LITTLE FALLS-This workshop is designed to show you what steps to take to help ensure your farm, business, or cabin, will stay in the family.
The workshop reports it will identify transition obstacles, show you how to protect assets now and in the future, and help develop a strategy to smoothly transition ownership to family. The workshop will be presented by Thrivent Financial Associate Carlyle Olsen. It will take place at 3 p.m. Wednesday and April 26 at the Little Falls Senior Center, 510 Seventh St. NE.

The Cuyuna Brewing Company for Business After Hours is planned 5-7 p.m. May 11 at 1 E. Main St., Crosby.
