Modern Man recently opened in Baxter.
Modern Man, with casual and dress clothing for men opened in the Baxter Village next to Boulder Tap House. The business offers casual and dress clothing for men. Designer labels include Tailorbyrd, Buffalo and Red Jacket.
"I wanted to offer men a local option when shopping for clothing," owner Maya Mackereth, Brainerd, said in a news release. "We have a great selection of styles and sizes that can be hard to come by. We offer a relaxed environment that makes shopping simple and convenient."
"I'm so excited to open my own store. A lot of thought went into it to truly make it a great shopping experience. Whether you're a jeans and T-shirt person, in need of a nice work outfit or just looking for a gift card."
Mackereth moved to the lakes area in 2004. Her retail experience goes back to 1996, working at the buckle in St. Cloud.
