Brick House Pizza Bread and Bagel covers a wide-range of menu items and new owners Nick and Jenny O'Reilly have owned the restaurant for a year and are putting their own mark on it.

• The restaurant delivers within a 10-mile radius. Brick House offers catering and take-out. "Anything on the menu we can cater," owner Jenny O'Reilly said.

• The restaurant is going to self-serve for drinks and is currently adding cases for salads to go and take-and-bake pizzas in an effort to make it convenient for customers looking for a quick pick-up. A bakery display case is also in the works. The restaurant carries holiday pies and bread.

• Brick House has two soups daily, which increases to three during the winter months.

• They make their own granola and bagel chips.

• Bakers arrive four hours before the restaurant opens for breakfast in order to bake. Bread includes a braided Finnish cardamom, classic French loaf, multi-grain, honey oat or a Finnish crusty white bread that is soft on the inside.

• Bagels not sold on the same day they are created go to the day-old table for sale, refreshed entirely each day.

• On the pizza side, the dough is made from scratch and hand rolled.

• Customers may choose from 11 speciality pizzas or build their own, starting with an Alfredo, creamy garlic, ranch style or old world tomato sauce.

• Popular pizzas include a chicken bacon ranch and Italian garlic supreme.

• The restaurant has more on the menu than pizza or bagels. Offerings include salads, soups, wraps, deli and speciality sandwiches.

• A signature soup - wild rice - may come in a cup, bowl or bread bowl.

• Popular sandwiches include a chicken salad with cashews on a bagel or freshly baked bread.

"You have to try it," Jenny O'Reilly said.

• Another favorite is the pizza bagel or the omelet pizza. Leading salads include a chopstick chicken salad and Mediterranean salad.

• Brick House recently added Bosco sticks, breadsticks with mozzarella cheese melted in the middle.

"A little bit of everything here," Jenny O'Reilly said of the menu.

• The O'Reillys added gluten-free items such as chicken strips, bagels and pizza.

• Plans for the future include offering gluten-free chicken strips, bagels, bread and pizza.

• An espresso machine is another recent addition.

• Other future additions include pasta, chicken wings, beer and wine.
