LITTLE FALLS -- Ella Pusc, along with her mom, Sara, will have an Alzheimer’s disease fundraising silent auction in memory of Ella’s great-grandma Tiny Eckman 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Canteen Bar & Grill, Little Falls.
There will be more than 70 items including a watercolor painting painted by Karen Pence donated to Ella personally by Vice President Mike Pence, a fire ring, Twins tickets, Minnesota Gopher football tickets, several golf packages, a mini-vacation to Walker and many other items. Also part of the fundraiser are a large meat raffle, 50/50 raffle (purchase $5 tickets and at the end of the day, the winner will get half the pot) and a quilt raffle ($1 tickets) for a quilt made by Rose Ann Wong. Wong’s first job was as a waitress working with Tiny.
