Meeting to discuss financial futures for people with disabilities

People First of Brainerd/Baxter and Self-Advocates Minnesota-Central are sponsoring an informational meeting for people with disabilities, their parents/caregivers, guardians and/or the professional who supports them.

People First of Brainerd/Baxter and Self-Advocates Minnesota-Central are sponsoring an informational meeting for people with disabilities, their parents/caregivers, guardians and/or the professional who supports them.

The meeting will be 6:15-7:30 p.m. Nov. 21, in the downstairs of the Northland Arboretum in Brainerd.

The evening's presentation will be about providing for the financial future of people with disabilities through wills, special needs trusts and the Achieving a Better Life Experience Act.

The speaker for the evening is Roger Strege, president of Special Needs Planners. There is no cost to attend.
