Dr. Joseph Gaugler of the University of Minnesota will visit Brainerd and Crosslake Dec. 3 to provide educational outreach on topics related to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other issues of import to Minnesotans as it relates to long-term care.
These events will offer the opportunity for Minnesotans to engage more fully in the scholarship and education in long-term care occurring at the University of Minnesota. Gaugler will also invite local community partners and stakeholders to participate and share resources at the events.
Gaugler will appear 10:30 a.m. Dec. 3 at The Center, 803 Kingwood St., Brainerd. He then will appear 2 p.m. Dec. 3 at Crosslake Lutheran Church, 35960 County Road 66, Crosslake.
