Singles dance planned
All singles are welcomed to a holiday dance from 7:30-11:30 p.m. Dec 29 at the Eagles Club, 124 Front St., Brainerd with live music by Cuyuna Rhythm playing country and classic rock and blues.

Area singers are invited to join a group that will sing Christmas carols for Crosslake shut-ins and area retirement home residents on Thursday. Anyone interested should meet at the Crosslake Lutheran Church at 6 p.m. to carpool. Caroling will conclude at Pine View where refreshments will be served.
