The Brainerd High School class of 1987 will be hosting a 30th class reunion from 7-10 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Gull Dam Brewery Event Center.

BNSF Jacks and Jills picnic and membership drive planned
The BNSF Jacks and Jills picnic and membership drive will be Wednesday with social hour at 5 p.m. and dinner at 5:30 p.m.

CWC Genealogical Society to host research meeting
The Crow Wing County Genealogical Society will host a research meeting Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Family History Center, 101 Buffalo Hills Lane, Brainerd.
Program: This meeting is for research and as a social gathering open to the public. Several members will be present to assist you in your research. Anyone interested in genealogy is welcome to attend.
Research and social hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Members will provide demonstrations on various software (such as Roots Magic) and other items of interest.

Brainerd Legion upcoming events
Commander Rick will host a breakfast buffet from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, July 23.

The Washington High School class of 1958 will meet for coffee 10 a.m. Wednesday at The Brick House Bread and Bagel.
WHS class of 1957 activities
The Washington High School class of 1957 will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday for a luncheon at Northwind Grille.
All are invited to a mixer at 7 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Blue Room in Brainerd.

The 60th class reunion dinner will be 5 p.m. Aug. 12 at the Blue Room in Brainerd.
Brainerd Masonic Lodge: Aurora Lodge to meet
Brainerd Masonic Lodge: Aurora Lodge will meet Tuesday at the Brainerd Masonic Center, 205 1/2 S. Sixth St., Brainerd.
This will be a special meeting as they will have no less than four past Grand Masters in attendance. Dinner will be at 6 p.m. and meeting starting at 7 p.m.

Brainerd Elks Lodge breakfast
The public is invited to attend the community breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon July 30 at the Brainerd Elks Lodge, 215 S. Ninth St., Brainerd.

Senior dances
Senior dances will be from 1-4 p.m. Tuesday at the Motley Ten-Hi with music by Jerry's Dance Band; and from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday at Waukenabo with music by Andy and Stu.
Class of 1977 40th reunion planned
The Brainerd High School class of 1977 will have its 40th class reunion Aug. 4-5.
There will be a mixer starting at 5 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Roundhouse Tap Room. The first keg will be provided by Andy Larson.
