Nisswa Women’s Club announces first in-person meeting after 15 months
NISSWA — Nisswa Women’s Club will have its first in-person meeting at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, on the patio at Northland Arboretum, after having virtual meetings for 15 months.
Judd Brink, owner and guide of Minnesota Backyard Birds, will be the guest speaker. Brink’s topic is “Birdscaping Your Yard to Attract Your Feathered Friends.”
Lois Jensen will offer the inspiration and president Karen DeVries will lead a short business meeting. A box lunch will be served.

Lakes Prostate Cancer Fund support group to meet Tuesday
The Lakes Prostate Cancer Fund support group will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, at the Legacy Golf Club Clubhouse.
The Lakes Prostate Cancer Fund is a part of Essentia Health and the mission is to improve public awareness of prostate cancer, provide non-medical funding for current prostate cancer patients and provide support group services. The support group is open to all and sanitation
precautions will be followed.

Hackensack American Legion Auxiliary breakfast set for June 20
HACKENSACK — Hackensack American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 202 will serve breakfast from 8:30-11:30 a.m. June 20 at the club.
Menu includes a choice of pancakes, bacon and eggs or biscuits and gravy with eggs. Both include juice and coffee for $7.
